Imaginary Stations

  Last year, I had the inclination to revise the name of Free Radio Skybird . I mean, technically it is not a "free radio" station, and to bring it more in sync with the original Skybird Radio created by Gary B. (may his memory be a blessing) I decided to shorten it to Skybird 21. Except things get busy and focus shifts, trying to survive a pandemic, full-time work, health issues and geo-cultural relocation to Coos County NH, so as of NOW I am renaming the project simply:                                                        Skybird . So we'll see when the next show is broadcast. No plans yet. Sometime in 2022 hopefully!   I've always been enamored of trains, even though trains were already scarce in Manchester NH as I was growing up. I lived across the river from the tracks and have zero memories of ever seeing a train travelling on those tracks. Regardless, my encounters with trains over the years (taking the Amtrak to Philadelphia once) have been wonderful.
